Provost Wants College Of Education Gidan Waya Elavated To Degree-Awarding Institution

The Provost, Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan Waya, Professor Alexander Kure, has appeal to the State government to consider the elavation of the school to a degree-awarding institution.
Professor Kure, who made the passionate appeal during an interaction with Journalists in his office at Gidan Waya, said the elavation has become necessary to make the College relevant in view of the emphasis placed on degrees in, especially, the teaching profession.
He said the College also requires additional infrastructure including offices, lecture halls, laboratories, and hostel accommodation, besides the rehabilitation of the road network within the institution, among others.
While appreciating the Kaduna State government, under the leadership of Mallam Nasir El-Rufa’i, for the deserving attention paid to the College, the Provost noted with satisfaction that the academic standard of the institution has improved tremendously.
Professor Kure said the prompt payment of staff salaries by the State government has in no small way served as a morale-booster, which has translated to high productivity.
He also lauded stakeholders for rallying round the management of the College, particularly in surmounting challenges hitherto undermining the overall progress and development of the school.

I was a Philanthropist before i joined politics, i derive Joy from Giving - Hon. Ekene Adams

Hon. Ekene Adams Abubakar in this interview, stated that his philanthropic works has nothing to do with politics, as he was into philanthropy before he joined politics.
He added that he derives Joy from giving, which is the reason he'll continue to assist the less privileged regardless of the criticisms that comes with it.

Sir, why do you have excess love and respect for humanity?

Hon Ekene Adams: Human beings are the key resources that we must consider first before anything, their welfare is paramount and must be giving attention and care at all cost. Without them life is nothing and meaningless. It gives me joy and peace of mind putting smiles on people's faces and that's my priority.

Sir, some people said you are doing this for political reasons and benefits what can you say about that?

Hon Ekene Adams: People who hate the truth will never accept it no matter how clear it is before them, even before i engaged in politics the act of philanthropy has been part of me and it has define me better and more than the politics itself, a good name is better than wealth. so their words and criticisms will never stop me from doing the needful to the needy and in addition to that 2023 is still far for me to start any campaign what i am doing now is empowerment and i maintain that for now.

Sir, why despite how some people are criticizing your act of philanthropy you never stop and still went ahead to empower many?

Hon. Ekene Adams: Just like i said earlier, i have this inbuilt willingness and zeal that keeps burning inside me, i am not the richest man but the little i have i find comfort in sharing it with people, my giving to them does not just affect them positively alone  but it also affects me positively too cos of the joy i derive from it.
What people don't understand about giving is that:
1. No one has ever become poor by giving.
2. The happiest people are not the ones getting more but those giving more.
3. We must give more in order to get more. It is the generous giving of ourselves that produces the generous harvest.
4. We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.
5. The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.
Finally, my act of philanthropy is to pass a massage to the upcoming generation and the future leaders on the immense value for human life than material things. Life is for the living and not for the dead. If I don't help the people while they are still alive will I help after they are dead? NO! so we'll continue the good work in order to make the world a better place for all of us.

Kaduna Police Arrest Organisers Of Sex Party, Says Elrufai Deeply Disturbed

The Kaduna State Police Command said it had arrested the organisers of the maiden edition of a Kaduna Sex Party.
However, the party which received high publicity on social media and slated for December 27, 2020, at an undisclosed venue in the capital, had been aborted.
Part of the participants' requirements on the invitation card was that males and females were expected to be naked, Punch reports.
The party was expected to last till daybreak during which participants would have sex for a fee ranging from N2,000 for the popular side and N3,000 to N5,000 naira for the VIPs.
However, the state swiftly moved to abort the party, directing the police to arrest the organisers.
Special Assistant to Governor Nasir El-Rufai on Media, Abdullah Yunus, said the police had waded into the matter and that arrests had been made.
He said the police acted promptly through an advertisement placed on social media platforms.
"When we got to know of this development, the government was disturbed, so the governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, informed the police," he said.

Confirming the development on Wednesday, the Command's Public Relations Officer, Mohammed Jalige, said operatives could trace the venue and made some arrests.
However, he failed to give further details as to the number of those arrested by the police.
The police spokesman said the command had launched an investigation to unravel those behind the sex party, saying, "We are investigating those behind the sex party and will soon give details of our findings."

OPINION: Kaduna PDP Crises: The Truth that Hurts Bad, By Dogara Unyem

It was Martin Luther King who said; "Our lives begin to end, the day we become silent about things that matter." Also in the same line, Paulo Quelho made clear by saying; "Telling the truth and making someone cry is better than telling a lie and making someone smile." I, dogaraCaesar will not be silent on issues that matter, especially the issues of state and upholding the dignity of justice and democracy in society. More so, I'll rather say the truth that hurts so badly...

To begin with, Its about a year since the beginning of the unfortunate rift in the Kaduna State Chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), an accumulated issue of political interest. The point is misunderstanding/quarrels is inevitable but the ability to get past that and get things working again shows strength and determination to stand united and to dominate. So what has gone wrong with every efforts of reconciliation?

The fact that the party leadership continues to fail in ensuring reconciliation even after a reconciliation committee was put in place is clear indication that there is no intention whatsoever to reconcile worrying sides, possibly a deliberate drive of absolute recklessness by some so-called members of the party who have portrayed themselves as the 'war lords' of the present status quo (that's on one side), and on another side is exercise of ego and show of self interest that is placed above collective interest of the people being represented.

The 'war lords', a group of social propagandists enveloping themselves as the "Pro Current Executives" have consistently been playing to the disadvantage of the party, they seem to stand by a different way or approach of how things be done. However, these ambitious war lords seem to have a different vision, they dream of a democratic party controlled by dictatorship and in their own word, "a King who calls the shots." -Above all, they seem to have forgotten that its all a game of numbers at the highest stages and the party with more numbers remains in power...

According to Dr. Abdurrahman Usman (Dec.14.2020), "There is no faction of the PDP in any ward, local government or state level of PDP in Kaduna state. Anyone dreaming such better takes it to the APC or elsewhere. The days of NPDP et all is over. No two kings reign in a palace...."

The above idea and many other similar ideas rather unfortunate and not what any true member of the party would want to hear. Such statements are designed to undermine the opinions of other party men and women, which is not good for an opposition side seeking to get elected into government. Such statements that assumes that there is no faction in Kaduna state PDP is such that won't be taken seriously even from a non member of the party, or better still could the statement be a lash on all those who have been unjustly displaced by the sin of imposition/impunity in primary elections in the build up to the 2019 elections and subsequently the congresses by the current executive? -and to cap it all, here is one of several persons driving the narrative to make the people believe that 'this is only a kingdom ruled by a king whereas only one king reigns in the palace' -In fact, this is one that clearly proves and affirms that the affairs of the party is run by a dictatorial regime characterised with the unholy trinity of imposition, impunity and injustice.

But i bring forth good news, joint with my humble new year message to party leaders and members of the PDP in Kaduna irrespective of factional differences; "Seek the face of justice, unity and progress -shunning detractors from within, ONLY THEN SHALL YE INHERIT VICTORY COME 2023.

Leave Bishop Kukah, fight bandits – Shehu Sani to Northern youths

Shehu Sani, former Kaduna Central Senator, has called on youths in the North to fight bandits and leave Bishop of Sokoto Catholic Diocese, Mathew Kukah alone.
In his Christmas message, Kukah had accused President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration of nepotism.
He claimed that Buhari had sacrificed the dreams of Nigerians on the alter of nepotism and Northern hegemony.
But, the Coalition of Northern Groups, CNG, accused the clergyman of attempting to destroy the quest for national integration by instigating violence.
CNG said Kukah was using religion to cause disharmony and facilitate the further emasculation of Northern Nigerian Muslims.
However, Sani, in a tweet wrote: “My Dear Northern Youths; leave the Kukah in Sokoto and fight the Bandits in your shokoto.”

KDSG Directs Nigerian Breweries To Reduce Beer Production

The Kaduna State plant of the Nigerian Breweries Plc is currently facing acute shortage of beer products, after the state government reportedly directed the factory to reduce the production and sales of the products.
It was gathered that the decision is affecting marketers, who have had to resort to importation of the products from as far as Aba, Abia State and Imo State, to augment the supply gap.
An insider noted that the decision of the state government to direct the factory to cut down on production might be connected to the second wave of COVID-19 in the state.
We learnt that distributors and dealers in the company’s products are worried that they have to incur extra costs due to importation of beer into the state.
But an insider at the Nigerian Breweries stated that the shortage of the beers, being experienced currently across the northern zone during this period, was due to consumers’ high demand towards the festive period.
The source, who pleaded anonymity, also said the problem might last for another two weeks before the situation improved.
A dealer also told us that the major problem was due to the production that had to be cut down following the directive given to the brewery.
“Something must be done to reverse this situation. It has already led to hikes in prices of some beers in the state,” he added.
The NB products’ distribution, operation and consumption had been facing severe attacks in most parts of the northern states in recent times, especially in Kano and Zaria in Kaduna State, among others.
NB spokesman, Mr Danjuma, did not answer his calls as at the time of filing this report.

Calls For Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah's Arrest Baseless And Senseless - Sokapu Youth Wing

The attention of the Youth Wing of Southern kaduna People's Union (SOKAPU) has been drawn to a statement credited to Arewa Youths Consultative Forum signed by it's national president Yerima Shetima, calling for the arrest of Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah over his Christmas day message where the Bishop out of love for country stated that "considering the gross nepotistic leadership style of the president and his administration, the president would had been long over thrown if he were to be a Non Northern Muslim".

We are however surprised and sadden that despite the visible failure of the Buhari administration evident in the high rate of kidnapping and banditry even in the president's Katsina.

That despite the poor state of the Nigerian economy which has seen Nigeria plunged into recession for the Second time in five years with a ridiculous foreign reserve and an embarrassing debt profile.

That despite clear signs of maladministration in the Buhari's administration evident in the fact that the administration has continuously bankrolled  bandits and terrorist Boko Haram groups through payment of ransoms and freeing of captured terrorist members under the guise of "repentant members".

That despite the clandestine and loopsided composition of the security architecture of the country, the Arewa Youths Consultative Forum could allowed it self to drown in the murky waters of tribalism, ethnic loyalty and religious bigotry, choosing to lookaway the realities of the North which has become a pool of blood and a yard of graves.

Yerima's North is unarguably a valley of dry bones, a dent of terror and horror and unquestionably the most insecured and dangerous part of the country where no one is safe including the President.

It is therefore unfortunate that the Arewa Youths Consultative Forum would call for the arrest of a Bishop who only pointed the obvious.

It thus appears that the Arewa Youths Consultative Forum is naive of historical facts.

It is therefore imperative  to remind the forum that President Buhari in 1983 thwarted a democratically elected Government of Shehu Shagari citing Nepotism, insecurity, corruption, and poor state of the  economy all of which are worst today than they were in 1983.

It has become necessary therefore to state in clear terms that the entire youths of Southern kaduna distant and disassociate themselves from the Arewa Youths Consultative Forum's call for the arrest of Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah, a call we all considers as not just baseless but senseless.

The Buhari administration is undoubtedly the greatest political and administrave fiasco Nigeria has had since independence.

While we the Youths and People of Southern kaduna stands firmly with Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah and condemn any call for his arrest.

We are calling on all well meaning Nigerians to speakout and save the country from sliding into a failed state as the signals are at the moment clearly visible to the blind and audible to the deaf, SOKAPU youth wing says in a statement signed by the Union's National Leader, comrade John Isaac.

INSECURITY: Notorious bandit Nasiru Kachalla, others killed as bandits battle each other

Security agencies have confirmed to the Kaduna State Government the killing of a notorious bandit, Nasiru Kachalla.
Kachalla, who has been on the run for masterminding several criminal acts, including kidnappings, killings, cattle rustling and banditry, was killed in a clash between his gang and a rival group of bandits.
Human intelligence networks confirmed that criminals from the rival sides were also killed, including some of Kachalla’s lieutenants.
The clash occurred in a forest around the boundaries of Kajuru-Chikun local government areas of Kaduna Central Senatorial District. A dispute over a large herd of rustled cattle is said to have triggered the fatal confrontation.
Kachalla and his gang were involved in several crimes, including kidnappings, killings and banditry on the Kaduna-Abuja road and also in  the Chikun/Kajuru general areas.
He was the mastermind of the 9th January 2020 kidnapping of seminarians of Good Shepherd Major Seminary, Kaduna,  and the 24th January 2020 kidnapping of Mrs Bola Ataga and her two children.
The criminals later killed one of the seminarians, Michael Nnadi and Mrs. Ataga before releasing her children.
Kachalla’s criminal gang was also responsible for the kidnap of six students and two teachers of Engravers College, in Kakau village of Chikun local government on 3rd October 2019.
While Kachalla was being pursued, security agents arrested three members of his gang, Tukur Usman, Shehu Bello and Mustapha Mohammed in April 2020 as you can see in the attached picture.
Kachalla’s image is also attached, clad in a jacket and a winter cap.

In another development, troops repelled an attempted attack by armed bandits along the Galadimawa-Zaria road in Giwa local government area.
The bandits blocked the road for some minutes, shooting sporadically at motorists plying the route.
A combined team of the 4 Battalion and Field Engineers Regiment of the Nigerian army mobilized to the location. The road was cleared and normalcy was restored, with no kidnapping or harm to motorists.
Troops and police are currently dominating the area with patrols.
Furthermore, the government was informed of an incident in a forest located in the Western part of Chikun local government, where armed bandits opened fire on some hunters.
Security agencies are carrying out investigations to ascertain the exact location as well as fatalities if any. Citizens will be briefed on the operational feedback as it emerges.
In the meantime, Governor Nasir El-Rufai has appealed to Tsohon Gaya, Sabon Gaya and other communities with members missing in the hunting expedition to remain calm.

OPINION: Dear Southern Kaduna people, Isa Ashiru wished you merry Christmas, you were busy looking for faults that's why you didn't notice, By Magaji Emmanuel

Despite releasing a press statement to dissociate himself from the artwork that was posted by members of the Ashiru Transformation movement, wishing the residents of Kaduna happy holidays, southern Kaduna residents have continued to drag honourable Isa Ashiru Kudan, for wishing them happy holidays instead of happy Christmas, which is not fair.

Due to the outrage, i decided to make a research in order to see if what he said was true or false. My investigation showed that the artwork was not posted on Honourable Isa Ashiru's official Facebook page, neither was it posted on his official Twitter account. It further revealed that on the 24th of December,  honourable Isa Ashiru posted a Christmas message on his official Facebook and Twitter accounts, wishing Kaduna State's christians merry Christmas. Thesame official message he recorded as voice note and forwarded to media houses.
So i think it's time we put this matter to rest. Afterall, the group that made the mistake took responsibility of it.
But this should serve as a lesson to Politicians, who allows their fans to open numerous social media accounts in their names. It could be disastrous if not managed properly. The people would always look for an excuse to lambast a leader, more reason you shouldn't give them one.

Thesame people who turned blind eyes and deaf ears when Hon. Isa Ashiru donated cash to southern Kaduna IDPs, were the ones condemning him for an artwork he knew nothing about. But it's normal. Nowadays people plays politics with everything. Afterall, there is no such thing as bad Publicity. If there was, Gov. ElRufai wouldn't have won in 2019. The scandal has immensely helped in boosting the popularity of Hon. Isa Ashiru Kudan, which in my opinion has been low.

Muslims outnumbered Christians at Christmas service in Kaduna church

The General Overseer of Christ’s Evangelical and Life Intervention Church, Kaduna, Pastor Yohanna Buru, has said that's Muslims in large number which included women, children, youth and Islamic scholars were in a southern Kaduna church to felicitate with their Christian friends and relatives during the Christmas festivities
The cleric said that every year, Muslims from various states in the North do come to the church and celebrate Christmas with them.
“Even this year, despite the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic and economic recession, Muslims in large number visited the church and joined us during the Christmas service to foster peace and unity,” he said.
Buru said this year’s Christmas sermon was focused on religious tolerance, forgiveness, better understanding, peace, love and unity among Nigerians, and the need for both Muslim and Christian clerics to be more committed through prayers for the nation, for peace, stability and the progress of the country.
Muslims scholars, traditional title holders, peace ambassadors, stakeholders on peacebuilding from Katsina, Kano, Sokoto, Zamfara, Zaria, Jos and others from local Government areas in Kaduna state, attended the service.
He said the Muslims that attended the church service were from all the groups of Muslims which include Sunnih, Darikar- Tijjaniyya and Muslim Shiites.
“They ate and drank with us, also we prayed for the country together, donated their offering during the servce like every other Christian that attended the morning service did,” he said.
He said the church really appreciated the presence of “our Muslim brethren and sistren that came in large number from various places to join us in celebrating Christmas.”
According to him, “last year, the number of Muslims tripled the Christians, and even this year, the number increased.”
“We are happy seeing our brothers and sisters joining us in today’s Christmas service, and this shows clearly that peace and unity are gradually coming back to the region after series of set back as a result of ethnoreligious, political killing that brought so many backwardnesses to the entire 19 northern states of the region,” he said.
We must join hands together and pray to Almighty God to bring an end to corruption, banditry, terrorism, robbery, kidnapping and unnecessary killing of human beings in the region.”
“Our education, agriculture, health, and economy are facing a serious threat due to insecurity and other challenges bedevilling peace, stability in the entire region.”
“Until our leaders from the entire region including former heads of state/and various religious leaders and traditional title holders with scholars from various tertiary institutes come together and find out ways and solution to the current situation, that’s when the region would regain its lost integrity.”
In his remarks, a traditional title holder from Kurmin Mashi in Kaduna state, Mallam Rabo Abdullahi, said “we are grateful to Almighty God for giving us the opportunity to be here today for Christmas celebration.
He called on Muslims and Christians to be peace ambassadors in order to promote peace and stability in the country.

How Kaduna Community Residents Paid Fulani Militia N3m To Allow Them Harvest - Group

Some residents of Gbagyi community in the Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State paid over N3 million to Fulani militia to allow them harvest their crops and spend Christmas in their ancestral home without fear of being attacked, Southern Kaduna People's Union (SOKAPU) disclosed on Friday.
The group, in a statement, said it discovered the situation on Thursday when it took palliatives to at least 1,600 Gbagyi Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who had fled surrounding villages taken over by armed Fulani militia.
It described the development as unfortunate, adding that such was indicative of the worsening security situation in the country.
The statement read: "We took drugs, sleeping mats and clothes to these traumatised citizens who Barde visited once and gave N50,000 for their feeding. They told us of the shocking impunity exhibited by the invaders, how they collect huge sums of money to allow the villagers to harvest their crops.
"We also spoke to victims of kidnapping who were ruined economically and more. We spoke to those who lost loved ones and property. We were told that the entire Chikun ward was under the mercy of the armed killers. It is unbelievable that we have a government."
It also said "a certain community paid N3m to the militia to be allowed to stay and spend Christmas”. “We were told that the entire Chikun ward is under the mercy of the armed killers. These people will spend their Christmas in sorrow and pain. No assistance to them is too small," the statement read.

Kaduna Political Awards: Emmanuel Saiza, Receives Nomination Certificate

Emmanuel Saiza, has received his Nomination Certificate for the forthcoming Kaduna Political Awards, under the Young Politician Of The Year category.

In his acceptance speech, he said, "It is pertinent to note the very important roles of education, information and entertainment, in addition to agenda setting, mass mobilization and advocacy which mass media play as the forth estate of the realm in modern democracy.
Recognitions such as this often come in rare times especially when the society is in the quest for leaders of its choice, rather than those of the choice of a handful of a few.
I found it most pressing to dedicate this honour to the silent majority of our youths who have no access to quality education, information and requisite skills to curb with life's challenges on the streets of our dear country, Nigeria."

Syndicate In ABU Issuing Fake Certificates To Students, Workers tell VC

Some staff members of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, have revealed how a syndicate in the university has been issuing fake degree certificates to fraudulent students.
It was gathered that one of a number of aggrieved workers attached to the Directorate of Academic Planning, Monitoring and Registry wrote an anonymous letter to the ABU Vice-Chancellor, Prof Kabir Bala, asking him to investigate the syndicate which was soiling the reputation of the university.
In the letter, the workers explained that one of such instances was a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Second-Class Upper Division certificate, issued to a female student who had already been withdrawn from the school since 2015.
The said female student was withdrawn for poor performance, but the syndicate helped her to secure the ABU certificate.
The workers dared the VC to verify their claims from the Physics Department, while alleging that there is a cover-up in some of the affected departments.

The letter dated, December 17, 2020, partly reads, “We, the staff of the above unit of our great university, wish to bring to your notice the issuance of a fake degree result i.e. B.Sc. Physics (Second Class Upper) to a female student named Shafaatu Abdullahi with Registration number U15/PY/2014 who had been withdrawn from this university since 2015.

“She was withdrawn for poor academic performance. In fact, this candidate was withdrawn in her first academic session in the Physics department. Information that we sourced is that this same withdrawn student was provided with all the necessary documentations for her to be mobilised in the National Youth Service Corps programme. She is thus either mobilised in the NYSC scheme or about to. We have attached a copy of the fake statement of results for your inquiry.

“Sir, we are proud of this university and we felt we shouldn’t just remain mute. We are very sure that this BSc (Physics) result issued to this student is fake.  We want you to confirm the result as any delay could jeopardise the standard of this great university.

“We are sure many staff members are aware of this habit of connivance of our staff with students to issue fake statements of results. It is no longer news or rumours that some do get away with these fake results of ABU, Zaria and secure jobs. The university needs to totally eradicate this crime before we totally lose our glory. We have confidence in you and are sure you will take decisive action.”

The letter was also copied to the Registrar, Director, Academic Planning, the Academic Staff Union of Universities and the Non-Academic Staff of Universities.

Desist From Selective Witch-hunting Of Obadiah Mailafia, SOKAPU tells DSS

The Youth Wing of Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU) has called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to desist from what it calls "continued distraction, harassment and selective witch-hunting" of Dr. Obadiah Mailafia.

SOKAPU made the call in a statement issued and signed by its National Youth Leader, John Isaac in a statement on Tuesday.

The union was reacting to the recent statement credited to the All Progressive Congress (APC) Acting Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Yekini Nabena,  that a North-west governor is behind the heightened cases of banditry, abductions and other violent crimes in the zone.

Mailafia, a former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) had disclosed during a radio interview some months ago that a current Northern governor is one of the commanders of Boko Haram and behind the increasing acts of insurgency and banditry ravaging the North.

In a statement signed by its National leader, the union said, the youth wing of SOKAPU observed with sadness, the deliberate silence of the DSS over Yekini's statement as against what the secret police  did when Mailafia made similar disclosure.

According to him, it is disturbing to note that Yekini's statement does not seem to threaten national security as the DSS suggested of Mailafia's disclosure.

He said, "it surfices to say that we live in a state where there are different strokes for different folks.
"While we the youths and people of Southern Kaduna believe the DSS has a responsibility of protecting national security, we also believe this responsibility must be pursued responsibly.

"We, therefore, demand that the DSS henceforth desist from this continued distraction, harassment and selective witch-hunting of a law-abiding and a quintessential patriot  in the person of Dr Mailafia who s known for his selfless love and patriotism.

"The DSS should, instead, concentrate on intelligence gathering in curbing and addressing the security challenges facing the North."

OPINION: Hon. Umar Yakubu Barde remains one of the most formidable, magnanimous and circumspect Politician in the whole of Northwest, By Maxwell Joel Gyas

Hon. Umar Yakubu Barde remains one of the most formidable, magnanimous and circumspect Politician in the whole of Northwest Zone of Nigeria despite ever increasing denigrating, name calling and abuses to his personality by political hirelings, underdogs and opponents. He has remained focused, unperturbed and calm in his quest to make Chikun/Kajuru a Constituency that will be an envy of many in terms of proactive representation.
Rt. Hon. Umar Yakubu Barde, has shown over the years how consistent he is as a politician and as a Leader whose style is authentic; the real reason the people of Chikun/Kajuru have continued to trust and give their unflinching loyalty and support to him. The very reason his loyal supporters and the people of Chikun/Kajuru have returned him to the green Chambers, a record, five(5) times, and still counting.
Hon. Umar Yakubu Barde has shown as a leader that he is ethical in management of resources entrusted to him, that is why, for the past 16years as a Honorable Member, he has never for a day been indicted or invited by any Anti-Graft agency for questioning in relation to misappropriation of public funds or money laundering. What other way can be more Honorable than displaying transparency and making judicious use of public funds.
Finally, as one of the longest serving Lawmaker in the 8th Assembly, I can authoritatively say his sojourn in the Green Chambers is in alignment to divine intervention, that is why many who have tried to unseat him through the polls have failed woefully and are still failing in their attempt to gang up to cause an upset. An attempt that will always be futile each time they try.
Chikun/Kajuru Constituency is proud to have such an outstanding, charismatic, excellent administrator and a Quintessential Democrat. Our mandate come 2023.
