APC students wing, hails Governor ElRufai for putting in place a nondiscriminatory Scholarship policy

A Voluntary umbrella group of students from the eighteen tertiary institutions in Kaduna state has lauded the developmental efforts of Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai in making Kaduna State a jewel in the comity of other states in Nigeria.
The group operating under the aegis of APC students wing also commended Air Commodore E.K Jekada rtd, mni led State Executive of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for it's efforts at taking the party to every nook and crannies of Kaduna state.
The group spoke through it's State Coordinator Mr Nomshu David Bikky while on an introductory visit to the Kaduna state Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress situated at No. 4 Ali Akilu Road, Kaduna. 
He described the Kaduna state Urban Renewal Projects being executed across the three Senatorial Zones of the state as a motivating tonic for the formation of the group.
Mr David Bikky who was accompanied by other officials from the Eighteen Tertiary Institutions in the state also applauded the Kaduna state governor for putting in place a nondiscriminatory Scholarship policy for all Kaduna state students irrespective of Tribe and Religion.
He pledged the loyalty of All members of the group to the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna state and promised to work under it's tutelage.
In his response, Air Commodore E.K Jekada rtd, mni assured the group of inclusiveness in the affairs of the party in  the state and urged them to ensure the massive registration of their members in the forthcoming biometric registration of new members in All Progressives Congress.
He described the youth friendliness of the Malam Nasir Ahmad El-rufai as typified by appointments and the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship Programme as an affirmation of the All Progressives Congress philosophy of promoting Youth representation in participatory democracy.
In his own remark at the occasion the Kaduna state Secretary of the party, Hon. Yahaya Baba Pate implored the group to ensure gender balance in all its affairs by adhering to Section 16 of the party's Manifesto which stipulates the inclusiveness of women in all affairs of the party.
He urged them to take a clue from the Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir Ahmad El-rufai who appointed seven women as Commissioners in addition to a female Head of Service in his administration.
