Alheri Magaji Regains Freedom After Arrest

Popular Kaduna social media enthusiast, Alheri Magaji, was arrested for making a social media post which allegedly tarnished the image of the complainant who reported the case to the police, which led to her detention at Barnawa police station, until the issue was resolved.
A close friend of hers, who chose to remain anonymous told our correspondent that she was arrested due to a Facebook post she made on Thursday evening, accusing a lady of defrauding her in the past. To confirm the information, we took a swipe at her Facebook account but the post was already deleted. In confirmation, we saw a post she made while she was at the police station clearing the air, telling her audience that her previous post was in no way trying to dent the lady's image, and that those who do business with her can go ahead.
Using her Facebook account; she said, "Hello everyone! Yesterday I made a post saying Mams tried to ‘dupe’ me. I retract the word ‘dupe’ because even though not paid as agreed, she eventually paid in the N300,000 owed me, the 2 years ago, as stated in my initial post. So, those who do business with her can go ahead. The intention was not to dent her image"
Few hours later, the news of her release broke online when her ally Steven Kefas posted a group picture of them together, with the caption, " Na God win, my sister Alheri won't be sleeping in the police cell today. Another weekend victory recorded"
